I’ve been using the practice bays at this PGA SUPERSTORE for over a year now, and have gotten friendly with several of the staff members, especially Joe and Fred. The store is very well run, and the staff are very helpful and welcoming. You doing a great job, everyone. Keep it up!

As someone who is a relative novice and still learning the intricacies of golf, I really appreciated the feedback and insight Trystan provided today. I went in to get an iron shortened and my putter re-gripped. We struck up a conversation about getting my irons re-shafted, and his insight was not only much appreciated but also helpful in tone. While I'm still learning all the ins and outs of golf, you never want to feel like you're being talked down to. He provided various considerations and bigger-picture solutions for an investment like new shafts. I walked away impressed by his level of customer service and willingness to provide insight.

Excellent deals! We came and got a new driver for less than $300 because it was part of their annual demo sale. I highly recommend looking that up and being there early!

Manager Andrew K. was outstanding throughout my purchase of my new Mizuno M15 irons. He guided me through the entire fitting process, clearly explaining all of the numbers and data so I could confidently choose the right setup. He was knowledgeable, patient, and made the experience enjoyable from start to finish. Even after my fitting, Andrew took the time to answer my phone call and walk me through the club-building process and expected timeline, which I really appreciated. His customer service was exceptional, and it’s clear he genuinely cares about his customers. Five stars for Andrew and the entire experience. I’ll definitely be shopping here again and would highly recommend working with him if you’re looking for new clubs.

I recently visited the PGA Tour Superstore near Chandler, Arizona, where I had a fantastic experience. I met with Brett, who spent half an hour explaining the various club options available to us. Joe, who was at the cash register, was also incredibly helpful in ensuring we received all the discounts we qualified for. We initially came in to purchase a driver and a putter for a charity golf tournament we’re hosting for Folds of Honor, and Bret and Joe went above and beyond to assist us. It was an excellent experience, and I would highly recommend this store to anyone. Thank you, PGA Superstore!
